The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 6,712.00 with a loss of -0.22% percent or -14.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,026.50 with a loss of -0.11% percent or -6.50 point. The DAX Futures is trading at 14,550.00 up with +0.02% or +3.50 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,839.00  with a loss of -0.13% percent or -5.00 point.


London stocks were back into positive territory by the close on Thursday, as investors digested the latest policy announcement from the European Central Bank, while ex-dividend stocks kept a lid on the gains.

Sterling was in a mixed state, last gaining 0.25% on the dollar to trade at $1.3967, but remaining flat against the euro at €1.1681.

“The ECB’s promise to ramp up its bond buying program allowed the markets to maintain the week’s positive glow on Thursday,” said Spreadex financial analyst Connor Campbell.



For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 6,736.96  up with +percent or +11.36 point. France’s CAC  40 closed at 6,033.76 up with +percent or +43.21 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 14,569.39 up with + percent or +29.14 point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 32,485.59 up with +percent or +188.57 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,939.34 up with + percent or +40.53 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 13,398.67 up with + percent or  +329.84 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at at 29,717.83 up with +percent or +506.19 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 29,000.82  with a loss of – percent or –384.79 point. China’s Shanghai  Composite is trading at 3,453.08 up with + percent or +16.25 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 51,425.14 up with percent or +145.63 point at 12:15 PM.
