FTSE Futures Morning Update on 03 May 2019

The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,315.20  up with +0.19% percent or +13.70 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 5,512.50  with a loss of -0.03% percent or -1.50 point. The DAX Futures is trading at 12,354.50 up with +0.09% percent or +10.80 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,440.00  up with +0.12% percent or +4.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

 London stocks were to edge up at the open on Friday following losses in the previous session, as investors eyed the release of the latest US non-farm payrolls report.

The FTSE 100 was called to open eight points higher at 7,359.

On the data front, Markit’s UK services PMI for April is at 0930 BST but the main focus will be the non-farm payrolls, average earnings and unemployment rate in the US at 1330 BST.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 30,038.10 up with +0.31% percent or +93.92   point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,078.34  up with +0.52% percent or +15.84 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 39,110.47  up with +0.33% percent or +129.04 point at 12:15 PM.
