FTSE Futures Morning Update on 19 December

The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 6,635.50 up with +0.07% percent or +4.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 4,765.20 with a loss of  -0.57% percent or -27.30  point The DAX Futures is trading at 10,756.00  up with +0.54% percent or +57.50 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,029.50 up with +0.08% percent or +2.50 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

London’s blue chip stocks trooped down to a two-week low on Tuesday, with Brexit, weaker commodity prices and the upcoming Fed announcement weighing on the mood.

Stocks in Asia also slumped as investors were left disappointed after Chinese President Xi Jinping failed to mention any new reforms or stimulus in his speech commemorating the 40th anniversary of China’s economic reforms.
