The FTSE 100 Futures are trading at 7,686.00  for up with +0.11% percent or +8.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures are trading at 5,570.80 for up with +0.35%  percent or +19.30  point . The DAX Futures are trading at 13,575.50 for up with +0.96% percent or +129.00 point . The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures are trading at 3,677.00 for up  with +0.63% percent or +23.00 point.


 London’s top flight index sagged a little as France’s Prime Minister, Emmanuel Macron held out the possibility of a bespoke trading arrangement for the UK after Brexit, boosting the value of the pound, and with bookmakers under the cosh amid speculation the government is planning a £2 maximum stake on betting machines.

The FTSE 100 ended the session down by 0.20% at 7,715.44, while the pound was up 0.58% versus the dollar at 1.3944 and by another 0.50% against the euro at 1.1397.

In parallel, the second-tier index edged up by 0.01% to 20,655.17.

For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,715.44  with a loss of -0.20% percent or -15.35 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 5,541.99  for up with +0.28% percent or  +15.49  point. Germany’s DAX closed at 13,463.69 for up with +0.22% percent or +29.24 point.
