FTSE Futures Morning Update on 16 November

UK PRE MARKET

The FTSE 100 Futures are trading at 7,388.50 for up with +0.39% percent or +29.00 point. The CAC 40 Futures are trading at 5,329.50 for up with +0.70% percent or +37.00 point . The DAX Futures are trading at 13,066.20 for up with +0.83% percent or +107.70 point . The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures are trading at 3,568.00 for up with +0.79%percent or +28.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

London stocks closed at a six week low on Wednesday amid some signs of weakness in the employment market and Chinese concerns weighing on commodities companies.

The FTSE 100 finished down 0.6% to 7,372.61, closing below the 7,400 level for the first time since September, while the pound was down 0.4% versus the euro at 1.1115 but flat against the dollar at 1.3166, as the greenback was weighed by worries about the progress being made on US tax reform.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng are trading at 29,051.04 for up with +0.69% percent or  +199.35 point. China’s Shanghai Composite are trading at 3,399.25 with a loss of –0.10% percent or –3.27 point. India’s BSE Sensex are trading at 33,006.78 for up with +0.75% percent or +246.34  point at 12:15 PM.
