The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 5,820.80 up with +0.42% percent or +24.30 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 4,771.50 up with +0.38% percent or +18.00 point. The DAX Futures is trading at 12,616.50 with  a loss of -0.05% or -6.90 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,161.00 up with +0.44% percent or +14.00 point.


London stocks finished in the red on Thursday, as investors digested details of Chancellor Rishi Sunak’s new measures to replace the furlough scheme.

The FTSE 100 ended the session down 1.3% at 5,822.78, and the FTSE 250 was off 1.12% at 16,802.69.

Sterling was stronger against its major trading pairs, last rising 0.3% against the dollar to $1.2764, and advancing 0.2% on the euro to €1.0935.

“Health concerns are playing on dealers’ minds and the rising number of new Covid-19 cases in the UK is concerning,” said CMC Markets analyst David Madden.


For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 5,822.78  with a loss of – percent or –76.48 point. France’s CAC  40 closed at 4,762.62 with a loss of –percent or ?39.64 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 12,606.57 with a loss of –percent or 36.40 point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 26,815.44 up with +percent or +52.31 point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,246.59 with + percent or  +9.67 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 10,672.27 up with + percent or +39.28 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at at 23,214.38 up with +percent or +126.56 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 23,146.67 with a loss of –percent or  –164.40 point. China’s Shanghai  Composite is trading at 3,220.80 with a loss of – percent or –2.37 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 36,978.77 up with + percent or +425.17 point at 12:15 PM.
