The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,341.50 with a loss of -0.51% percent or -37.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,078.20  up with +0.20% percent or +12.20 point. The DAX Futures is trading at 13,698.00  with a loss of -0.59% percent or -81.50 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 3,826.00  with a loss of -0.57% percent or -22.00 point.


London stocks finished slightly higher on Monday as investors welcomed signs that Chinese authorities are prepared to boost stimulus measures to support the virus-hit economy.

The FTSE 100 gained 0.33% at 7,433.25.

Overnight, the People’s Bank of China cut the interest rate on its medium-term funding by 10 basis points to 3.15% – the lowest since 2017. It also added 100bn yuan of funds via seven-day reverse repurchase agreements.


For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,433.25 up with +0.33% percent or +24.12  point. France’s CAC  40 closed at 6,085.95  up with +0.27%percent or +16.60  point.Germany’s DAX closed at 13,783.89 up with +0.29% percent or +39.68  point.


For the day the Dow is trading at 29,398.08 with a loss of –0.086% percent or –25.23   point. The S&P 500 is trading at 3,380.16 up  with +0.18% percent or +6.22 point. The Nasdaq Composite is trading at 9,731.18 up with +0.20% percent or +19.21 point.

India’s BSE Sensex is trading at  40,628.05 with a loss of –1.04% percent or –427.64 point at 12:15 PM.
