FTSE Futures Morning Update on 28 November

UK PRE MARKET

The FTSE 100 Futures are trading at 7,418.20 for up with +0.36% percent or +26.70 point. The CAC 40 Futures are trading at 5,374.50 for up with +0.36% percent or +19.50 point . The DAX Futures are trading at 13,031.80 for up with +0.29% percent or +37.30 point . The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures are trading at 3,573.00 for up with +0.31% percent or +11.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

London stocks edged higher in early trade on Tuesday as investors breathed a sigh of relief that all major UK banks have passed the Bank of England’s stress tests, but upside was capped by weakness in the mining sector.

At 0830 GMT, the FTSE 100 was up 0.2% to 7,400.03, while the pound was flat against the euro at 1.1188 and 0.1% against the dollar at 1.3332.

For the day the Dow are trading at 23,580.78 for up with +0.10% percent or +22.79 point. The S&P 500 are trading at 2,601.42 with a loss of –0.04% percent or –1.00 point. The Nasdaq Composite are trading at 6,878.52  with a loss of  –0.15% percent or  –10.64 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 are trading at 22,486.24  with a loss of  –0.04% percent or  –9.75 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng are trading at 29,680.85 with a loss of –0.02% percent or  –5.34 point. China’s Shanghai Composite are trading at 3,333.66 for up with +0.34 percent or  +11.43 point. India’s BSE Sensex are trading at 33,618.59 for up with +0.31% percent or +105.85 point at 12:15 PM.
