The FTSE 100 Futures is trading at 7,206.00  up with -0.15% percent or -10.50 point. The CAC 40 Futures is trading at 6,733.00  up with +0.72% percent or +48.00 point. The DAX Futures is trading at 15,556.50 with a loss of -0.14%  or -22.00 point. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures trading at 4,168.00  with a loss of  -0.04% percent or -2.00 point.

TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

London stocks finished above water on today, as earnings optimism helped to offset concerns about inflation.

The FTSE 100 ended the session up 0.37% at 7,234.03, and the FTSE 250 was ahead 0.54% at 22,984.24.

Sterling was stronger as well, last rising 0.65% on the dollar to $1.3762, and advancing 0.68% against the euro to trade at €1.1870.
