UK PRE MARKET
The FTSE 100 Futures are trading at 7,507.80 with a loss of -0.13% percent or -9.70 point. The CAC 40 Futures are trading at 5,255.00 with a loss of -0.03% percent or -1.50 point . The DAX Futures are trading at 12,658.00 with a loss of -0.08% percent or -10.10 point . The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures are trading at 3,540.0 with a loss of -0.11% percent or – 4.0 point.
TODAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS
Equities in London drifted sideways and marginally lower for most of as cautious investors sold risk in favour of safe-havens ahead of ‘blockbuster’ Wednesday.
At the close of trading in London, the FTSE 100 was down 0.01% to 7,524.95, and the FTSE 250 was down 1.08% to 19,654.84. The Dax and Cac 40 were down, too. Wall St was little moved and mixed.
This was ahead of ‘blockbuster’ Thursday, when the market would be glued to the UK election, European Central Bank policy meeting and also the testimony of ex-FBI boss James Comey.
David Madden, market analyst at CMC Markets UK, said stock markets in Europe were weak today as traders cashed in their chips from last week’s positive run.

For the day the Dow are trading at 21,136.23 with a loss of –0.23% percent or –47.81 point. The S&P 500 are trading at 2,429.33 with a loss of –0.28% percent or –6.77 point. The Nasdaq Composite are trading at 6,275.06 with a loss of –0.33% percent or –20.63 point .
In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 are trading at 19,984.62 for up with +0.02% percent or +4.72 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng are trading at 25,937.92 with a loss of –0.23% percent or +59.22 point. China’s Shanghai Composite are trading at 3,135.75 for up with +1.08% percent or +33.63 point. India’s S&P BSE Sensex are trading at 31,268.17 for up with +0.25% percent or +77.61 point as on 12:25 PM .
