The FTSE 100 Futures are trading at 7,519.80 for up with  +0.11% percent . The CAC 40 Futures are trading at 5,281.80 for up with  +0.04% percent . The DAX Futures are trading at 12,583.80 for up with  +0.01% percent. The EURO Stoxx 50 Futures are trading at 3,548.0 with 0.00% percent .


London equities meandered to a somewhat lethargic finish on Tuesday, after the bank holiday weekend, with resources stocks slipping with commodities prices and banks also hurting.

“It wasn’t the most glorious of returns from a long weekend in markets,” said Jasper Lawler, senior market analyst at London Capital Group.

The FTSE 100 finished the day down 0.28% to 7,526.51, and the FTSE 250 slipped 0.17% down to end the day at 19,991.85. Shares indices in both Europe and the US were lower, too. Sterling was mildly rising on the greenback.


For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,526.51 with a loss of  –0.28% percent. France’s CAC 40 closed at 5,305.94 with a loss of –0.50% percent. Germany’s DAX closed at 12,598.68 with a loss of –0.24% percent.


For the day the Dow are trading at 21,029.47 with a loss of –0.24% percent. The S&P 500 are trading at 2,412.91 with a loss of –0.12% percent. The Nasdaq Composite are trading at 6,203.19 with a loss of 0.11% percent.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 are trading at 19,644.91 with a loss of –0.17% percent. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng are trading at 25,701.82  with +0.00% percent. China’s Shanghai Composite are trading at 3,119.03 for up with +0.29% percent. India’s S&P BSE Sensex are trading at 31,179.31 for up with +0.06% percent as on 12:49 PM .
